Welcome to NU-LIFE AUTO BODY LLC. By using our services, requesting repairs, visiting our website, or communicating with our business, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

2. SERVICES PROVIDED
NU-LIFE AUTO BODY LLC provides automotive-related services including but not limited to:
- Collision repair
- Dent removal
- Paint and refinishing
- Auto body restoration
- Insurance claim assistance
- Commercial fleet body work
- Vehicle estimates and inspections
All services are subject to vehicle inspection, parts availability, labor requirements, and approval of repair estimates.
3. ESTIMATES AND AUTHORIZATIONS
- All repair estimates are based on visible damage at the time of inspection.
- Additional damage discovered during repairs may result in supplemental charges.
- Customer authorization is required before repairs begin.
- Insurance estimates may differ from final repair costs.
- Verbal, electronic, text, or written approvals may be accepted as authorization to proceed.
4. PAYMENTS
- Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- We accept approved payment methods including cash, credit/debit cards, certified funds, and approved insurance payments.
- Vehicles may not be released until balances are paid in full.
- Customers are responsible for deductibles, non-covered repairs, storage fees, and additional approved services not covered by insurance.
5. INSURANCE CLAIMS
- NU-LIFE AUTO BODY LLC may assist customers with insurance claim processes; however, we are not responsible for insurance company decisions, delays, denials, or payment disputes.
- Customers remain financially responsible for all repair costs not paid by insurance carriers.
- Any supplements or additional repairs required after teardown may require additional insurance approval.
6. STORAGE FEES
Vehicles left at our facility after repair completion or without customer communication may incur daily storage fees. Customers will be notified when possible before storage charges begin.
7. PARTS AND MATERIALS
- Replacement parts may include OEM, aftermarket, recycled, or reconditioned parts depending on availability, insurance approval, and customer preference.
- Paint matching may vary slightly due to vehicle age, weathering, or manufacturer differences.
8. WARRANTY DISCLAIMER
Any warranties offered by NU-LIFE AUTO BODY LLC apply only to services specifically stated in writing. Warranty coverage may be void if:
- Repairs are modified by another shop
- Damage results from accidents, misuse, neglect, or environmental conditions
- Customer fails to properly maintain repaired areas
Except where prohibited by law, all other warranties, express or implied, are disclaimed.
9. CUSTOMER PROPERTY
Customers are responsible for removing personal belongings from vehicles before repairs. NU-LIFE AUTO BODY LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items left inside vehicles.
10. VEHICLE ABANDONMENT
Vehicles left unclaimed for extended periods may be subject to storage fees, towing, or abandonment procedures in accordance with New Jersey law.
11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
NU-LIFE AUTO BODY LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from vehicle repairs, delays, parts availability, insurance processing, or customer vehicle use.
12. WEBSITE AND COMMUNICATIONS
By contacting us through our website, forms, phone, email, or social media, you consent to receive communications regarding estimates, appointments, repair updates, invoices, and customer service.
We reserve the right to update website content, pricing, services, and policies without prior notice.
13. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.
